Emily Giberson
Emily Giberson joined our office in 2017. She graduated from Midlands Technical College with a degree in Applied Sciences in 2015.
Emily serves as a Paralegal where she handles a multitude of administrative tasks. She is the personal injury case manager where she serves as a liaison between clients and insurance companies, analyzes medical records and billing statements, and handles filings to the court and insurance companies.
She can help you arrange for the best legal solution for cases such as:
- Car Accidents
- Slip and Fall
- Workers' Compensation
- Boating Accidents
- Wrongful Death
When you speak to her she will ask you some basic questions about your case to make sure that you receive the best help possible. As a member of our legal support staff, Emily respects all clients' rights to confidential and privileged communications with our office. Clients can directly communicate with Emily by phone or email anytime they have questions regarding the status of their case, or have new information or documents to share with their attorney.
Emily resides in West Columbia with four dogs. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and reading in her spare time.
